About Fenton, MI - Happy to be your hometown Heating & Air Conditioning Contractor!

Fenton is a town that treasures its past while looking toward the future with hope and excitement. An example is the A.J. Phillips Fenton Museum and Historical Society is located in a historic building constructed in 1900 and donated by the heirs of Andrew Jackson Phillips to the City of Fenton 6 years later. The facility includes an extensive genealogy room and also holds vintage pieces of clothing, tools, televisions and more. There are military items in the museum from the U.S. Civil War, the Spanish–American War, World War I, World War II and the Vietnam War.  The loving care with which locals have treated their history is a perfect representation of their loyalty to their community.  Residents are often out and about in the warmer months in the spring and summer. In the winter, you will see kids sledding and running around with snowballs.

The adjacent community Howell’s downtown district was nominated in USA Today's 10 Best contest for "Best Main Street,” placing second. It is a welcoming community which values its history, as well. They hold the Michigan Challenge Balloonfest every summer when the weather is just right for balloon launches, fireworks, ice cream and carnival fun. The municipality is also the location of the Howell Melon Festival, a yearly festivity celebrating “the Howell melon.” The juicy hybrid cantaloupe is said to grow only in the region.

The area’s so beautiful and absolutely bursting with natural wonder. Of course, Michigan is known for its lakes, but the state has a lot to offer and their lakes are just part of what they have to share. But, the best part of the beauty is that there are so many ways to take it in and enjoy it. There is a lot of wonderful preservation going on in the vicinity. Just one example is Brighton State Recreation Area. It is a 4,947-acre area, located near Mount Brighton ski area and has 39 miles of trails for biking, hiking, skiing and horseback riding. The area can be enjoyed in winter (skiing) and also in summer (hiking and biking).
